Most international adoptions cost between $15,000 - $30,000 depending on the country you choose, the age of the child you are requesting, and any special needs you may be open to.

We understand that this may not seem feasible for many families.  There is some help available.  For more information on affording adoption, check out our resources page.

Florida Home Studies and Adoption, Inc. (FHSA) is a fully licensed, 501(c)3 non-profit adoption agency located in the state of Florida. FHSA is a member of the Joint Council on International Children's Services (JCICS).

Print the Agency Application, complete and mail to our office

Print, complete and mail CIS forms.  Use the USCIS I-600A form (instructions included) for non-Hague countries or the USCIS I-800A form for Hague countries (click here for I-800A instructions).  Contact us if you are not sure if the country you are adopting from is a Hague country.
